More specifically, a way of calculating the price of insurance policies that has to be paid by a prospective client of an insurance company will be suggested. This model will be created and implemented with the use of fuzzy systems. Moreover, a neurofuzzy control system will be created in order to establish the correct operation of the system. The training data that will be used will derive from real anonymous insurance policies. Additional algorithms and nature inspired optimization techniques such as the genetic algorithm will be used wherever required.Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία θα μελετηθούν προβλήματα του τομέα Ασφάλισης Πιστώσεων με χρήση ευφυών τεχνικών ελέγχου και βελτιστοποίησης. Πιο συγκεκριμένα θα παρουσιαστεί ένας τρόπος υπολογισμού των ασφαλίστρων που θα πρέπει να καταβάλει ένας υποψήφιος πελάτης μιας ασφαλιστικής εταιρείας. Η υλοποίηση θα γίνει με χρήση ασαφών συστημάτων. Επίσης, θα κατασκευαστεί και μια νευροασαφής διάταξη ελέγχου για την πιστοποίηση του μοντέλου. Τα δεδομένα εκπαίδευσης θα προέρχονται από πραγματικά ανώνυμα ασφαλιστήρια συμβόλαια πιστώσεων.
