Στα πλαίσια της εργασίας χρησιμοποιήθηκε ένα ηλεκτρονικό ερωτηματολόγιο, όπου οι ερωτώμενοι καλούνταν να επιλέξουν ένα προϊόν από ένα εύρος διαφοροποιημένων επιλογών με ορισμένα χαρακτηριστικά και επίπεδα, ενώ συγχρόνως χρειαζόταν να απαντήσουν και σε ερωτήσεις σχετικά με τη γνώμη τους για το ψωμί του τοστ. Η μέθοδος που χρησιμοποιήθηκε είναι η “Choice-Based Conjoint Analysis” μέσω της χρήσης του λογισμικού της “Sawtooth”, ενώ έγινε χρήση και ενός μοντέλου “Latent Class” για την ανάλυση των δεδομένων. Ταυτόχρονα, έγινε αξιολόγηση των σχέσεων μεταξύ των μεταβλητών που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν στην έρευνα με χρήση στατιστικών τεστ όπως ο έλεγχος ανεξαρτησίας χ2 (Pearson’s chi-square), και πολυμεταβλητή ανάλυση διακύμανσης (MANOVA).In this diploma thesis, there has been an assessment of the preferences and attitudes of the ‘Masoutis’ congiomerate costumers in the prefecture of Thessaloniki, regarding toast bread choice. Within the framework of this thesis, it was used an e-questionnaire, in which the respondents were asked to choose a product out of a range of differentiated choices with specific characteristics and levels. At the same time, they were asked to express their opinion about toast bread. The method that was utilized is called Choice Based Conjoint Analysis through the utilization of the Sawtooth software along with a Latent Class model to facilitate the data analysis.
