Για την ηλεκτρική τροφοδότηση της οικίας επιλέγεται αυτόνομο σύστημα με τη χρήση φωτοβολταϊκών, συσσωρευτών και εφεδρικής γεννήτριας. Γίνεται πλήρης διαστασιολόγηση του εξοπλισμού που απαρτίζει το αυτόνομο σύστημα, με βάση την ημερήσια κατανάλωση ενέργειας του χρήστη της οικίας και τη μέγιστη ταυτοχρονισμένη ισχύ των ηλεκτρικών συσκευών της. Εξετάζονται τεχνοοικονομικά διαφορετικά σενάρια αυτονόμησης της οικίας, είτε με τη χρήση μεγαλύτερου συστήματος αποθήκευσης, είτε μεγαλύτερου αντιστροφέα για τη βελτίωση των συνθηκών άνεσης της οικίας λόγω της μεγαλύτερης αυτονομίας και της ταυτοχρονισμένης τροφοδότησης περισσότερων ηλεκτρικών συσκευών. Επίσης, μελετάται και σχεδιάζεται η εσωτερική και εξωτερική ηλεκτρική εγκατάσταση της οικίας βάσει των κανόνων του Προτύπου ΕΛΟΤ HD384. Παρατίθενται αναλυτικά σχέδια, μονογραμμικά εγκατάστασης και μονογραμμικά ηλεκτρικών πινάκων, ενώ υπολογίζεται η διατομή ενός υπογείου καλωδίου τροφοδότησης ενός συμπληρωματικού κτιρίου που λειτουργεί ως ξενώνας. Για την υπολογισμό της διατομής του καλωδίου παροχής λαμβάνεται υπόψη η ικανότητα φόρτισης του καλωδίου βάσει του Προτύπου ΕΛΟΤ ΗD384 και η επιτρεπόμενη πτώση τάσης. In this diploma thesis, the electrical installation of a house located at distance from the distribution network, is being studied and planned. A stand-alone system is selected for the electrical supply of the house using photovoltaics, a storage system with batteries and a backup generator. The complete set up of the stand-alone equipment is made on the basis of the household energy consumption of the home and the simultaneous supply of electrical appliances. The daily energy consumption determines the size of the photovoltaic system and the capacity of the batteries, and the simultaneous power of the household devices determines the rated power of the inverter and the generator. Different techno economical scenarios of house autonomy are being studied, using either a bigger storage system or a larger inverter, in order to improve the comfort level of the house due to greater autonomy as well as simultaneous power supply of more electrical appliances. Finally, the internal and external electrical installation of the house is being studied and planned, according to the HD384 Standard. Detailed drawings are provided, single-line diagrams of the installation and the panels, while the cross-section of an underground supply cable for an additional building that functions as a guest house is calculated.
