The supplier nowadays functions as an associate partner and the relationship between him and the company must be based on a mutual trust. Despite this fact the main method of selecting a supplier is depending on the cost neglecting other important factors. This paper presents a new method based on the multicriteria decision analysis and gives a new dynamic perspective to the problem with emphasis to on a continuous evaluation process to the problem.
