In this paper, an optimal power management method for ship electric power systems comprising integrated full electric propulsion, energy storage and shore power supply facility is proposed. The proposed optimization method is exploiting an interactive approach based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) method and a fuzzy mechanism to improve the computational efficiency of the algorithm.
