ηλεκτρονικών καταστημάτων που ασχολούνται με προϊόντα νέας τεχνολογίας.
Πραγματοποιήθηκε έρευνα αγοράς με ερωτηματολόγια και ανάλυση αποτελεσμάτων στο κατά
πόσο αυξάνονται οι πωλήσεις στα καταστήματα ειδών τεχνολογίας με τις ηλεκτρονικές
πωλήσεις και αν οι καταναλωτές εξυπηρετούνται με τις ηλεκτρονικές αγορές. Επίσης,
εξετάστηκε το πόσο εύκολα μπορεί ένας πελάτης να αξιοποιήσει τα e-shops και να κάνει τις
αγορές του ηλεκτρονικά, αν επωφελείται από αυτό και αν με το πέρασμα των χρόνων η χρήση
των ηλεκτρονικών αγορών παρουσιάζει προβλήματα. Επίσης, πραγματοποιήθηκε ανάλυση της
συμπεριφοράς των πελατών που προτιμάνε τις ηλεκτρονικές αγορές ειδών τεχνολογίας, τα
προϊόντα που αγοράζουν περισσότερο κοκ. Και τέλος, μετρήθηκε η ικανοποίηση των
καταναλωτών και ανάλυση της αγοράς και του ανταγωνισμού μεταξύ των σημαντικότερων
ηλεκτρονικών καταστημάτων με χρήση μεθόδων πολυκριτήριας ανάλυσης αποφάσεων.
