Πρόκειται για τον σχεδιασμό μιας διαδρομής κατα την οποία ο επισκέπτης συναντά κτίρια τέχνης και πολιτισμού όπως εκθεσιακούς χώρους μόνιμων και περιοδικών εκθέσεων, χώρους προβολών και καλλιτεχνικών σεμιναρίων καθώς και μια βιβλιοθήκη. Η πορεία αυτή πλαισιώνεται από πλατείες και ανοιχτούς πράσινους χώρους και έχει απόληξη στον Τάμεση, στη χερσόνησο του Γκρίνουητς.
