Η λήψη αποφάσεων, η δημιουργία παρακίνησης, η εφαρμογή σωστού ελέγχου και η ύπαρξη σωστού ηθικού είναι αποτέλεσμα ενός σωστά εγκαταστημένου συστήματος μέσα σε ένα επιχειρησιακό περιβάλλον. Η έρευνα διεξήχθη με ηλεκτρονική μορφή ερωτηματολογίων με συνολικό δείγμα 120 ερωτηματολόγια. Σκοπός της συγκεκριμένης εργασίας, είναι ο προσδιορισμός των μορφών εσωτερικής αμφίδρομης επικοινωνίας (της διοίκησης προς τους εργαζομένους και αντιστρόφως) και ο βαθμός ικανοποίησης τους.
