Borrowing methodologies and techniques from Operational Research and Decision Making, detailed and accurate models of the consumer buying and negotiating behaviors are constructed. Furthermore, a multi-agent architecture is proposed and outlined, encompassing and engaging these models in order to cooperate with electronic marketplaces, for the needs of the consumer to be best met.
