The methodology for the syllabus development is presented and justified. Questionnaires are developed and sent to potential trainees as well as to relevant companies to collect information regarding their training needs. Furthermore, the relevant courses offered by universities or professional bodies around the world are investigated. The syllabus is developed according to the results obtained through these two studies.
