         </efrbr-expression:formOfExpression><efrbr-expression:dateOfExpression type="issued">2015-05-12</efrbr-expression:dateOfExpression><efrbr-expression:dateOfExpression type="published">2015</efrbr-expression:dateOfExpression><efrbr-expression:languageOfExpression vocabulary="iso639-1">el</efrbr-expression:languageOfExpression><efrbr-expression:summarizationOfContent>Στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας ήταν η αποτίμηση της ρύπανσης από πετρελαιοειδή στην ευρύτερη περιοχή του κόλπου των Χανίων.Η εργασία πραγματοποιήθηκε σε συνεργασία με το Ευρωπαϊκό Πρόγραμμα LIFE+ PROTEAS «Πρωτόκολλο για εκπομπές και σενάρια ατυχημάτων κατά την τροφοδοσία και διακίνηση καυσίμων και Πετροχημικών προϊόντων» του Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης.Στα πλαίσια της εργασίας συλλέχθηκαν δείγματα υδατικά και εδαφικά σε διαφορετικές χρονικές περιόδους. Αναπτύχθηκαν και εφαρμόστηκαν πρότυπες μέθοδοι προσδιορισμού συγκέντρωσης των συνολικών πετρελαϊκών υδρογονανθράκων (ΤΡΗ), των κανονικών αλκανιων και των πολυκυκλικών αρωματικών υδρογονανθράκων (PAH). Επιπλέον συγκεντρώθηκαν δεδομένα ρύπανσης από πετρελαιοειδή από μελέτες που είχαν διεξαχθεί στην ίδια περιοχή τα προηγούμενα χρόνια.
