Αγγίζοντας τον ψυχισμό του περιπλανητή στην Παλιά Πόλη Χανίων Διπλωματική Εργασία Diploma Work 2015-03-092014elΑπαρχή της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η συναισθηματική ενεργοποίηση του ανθρώπου μέσα από το βίωμα του αστικού σκηνικού στο οποίο βρίσκεται. Το αστικό σκηνικό υπάρχει, ενδυναμώνεται και εμπλουτίζεται με νοηματικά χαρακτηριστικά ικανά να επηρεάσουν τη διάθεση του, τη συμμετοχικότητα του, τις ανάγκες του. Αναζητώντας τις έννοιες εκείνες που συνδέουν τον άνθρωπο με την πόλη και την κίνηση του σε αυτή, συγκεκριμενοποιήσαμε τον όρο «περιπλανητής», διερευνώντας ταυτόχρονα παρεμφερείς όρους όπως: Περιπατητής, Περιηγητής, Πλάνης-ητας ,Περιπλανώμαι, Περιπλάνηση. Μέσω αυτής της διερεύνησης ορίσαμε τον περιπλανητή ως τον άνθρωπο που περπατά χωρίς σκοπό, είτε γιατί δεν είχε αρχική υποχρεωτική πορεία είτε γιατί παρέκκλινε από αυτήν. Παρατηρεί το αστικό σκηνικό, άλλες φορές λιγότερο και άλλες περισσότερο. Άλλοτε παραμένει αποκομμένος από τα γεγονότα και άλλοτε συμμετέχει. Η κίνηση του επηρεάζεται από τα ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά της πόλης, όπως η αρχιτεκτονική, η ιστορία, ο διάκοσμος, το τοπίο, το φώς, ο ήχος, το κλίμα, οι άνθρωποι, οι υφές και ψυχολογικές συνιστώσες, όπως οι επιθυμίες, η διάθεση, τα συναισθήματα, οι ανάγκες που συντελούν στην μη προβλέψιμη συνέχιση της πορείας του. Αντικείμενο περιπλάνησης είναι η παλιά πόλη Χανίων. Ένα παλίμψηστο χώρου και χρόνου, εξωστρεφές και εσωστρεφές ταυτόχρονα. Εξωστρεφές όσον αφορά τις κοινωνικές και εμπορικές ζώνες περιπάτου και αναψυχής , εσωστρεφές όσον αφορά τις γειτονιές που αρθρώνονται στον πολύπλοκο, μεσαιωνικό ιστό. Σε αυτήν την εσωστρέφεια εντοπίζουμε την κρυφή δυναμική της παλιάς πόλης Χανίων, καταλύτη της περιπλάνησης σε αυτήν. Εντέλει, αναδεικνύουμε την κρυφή δυναμική της παλιάς πόλης Χανίων, δημιουργώντας μικρά χωρικά «επεισόδια» - σημεία, με απώτερο σκοπό την συναισθηματική ενεργοποίηση του περιπλανητή.The scope of this thesis is the arousal of people's emotions through their experience in the surrounding urban scenery. This urban scenery does exist; it is being reinforced and enriched with a meaningful content capable to influence someone's disposition, participation and needs. After looking for those notions which connect people, the city and their movement in it, we clarified the notion "wanderer", while exploring congnate notions such as: stroller, excursionist, flaneur, to wander, wandering. Through this research we decided to define the notion "wanderer" as someone walking without a cause; someone without a determined course or someone who diverted from it. The wanderer observes the urban scenery, thoroughly or not. Sometimes, he/she remains distant, while others he/she participates in what happens around. His/her movement is influenced by the city's characteristics, such as the architecture, the history, the decoration, the scenery, the light, the sounds, the climate, people, the textures etc. Additionally, the wanderer's phychology, such as the desires, the disposition, the feelings and the needs, are crucial. The "wandering" takes place in the Old Town of Chania; a -space and time- palimpsest which is "extrovert" - as far as the social and commercial places of strolling and leisure time are concerned - and at the same time, "introvert" - as for the hidden neighborhoods into the complex, medieval structure. This "introversion" points out the" unseen dynamics" of the Old Town of Chania; the trigger of the wandering in it.
