Η πρόταση βασίζεται στην οργάνωση των χώρων σε διαφορετικά επίπεδα, ακολουθώντας τις υψομετρικές καμπύλες με απώτερο στόχο την εναρμόνιση της κατασκευής  με το ανάγλυφο της περιοχής. 
Στη σύνθεση ενσωματώνονται τοπικά υλικά και χαρακτηριστικές μορφές , που παραπέμπουν στο ύφος της Κυκλαδίτικης Αρχιτεκτονικής.
