Summary

This paper focuses on the set of changes that consumers' purchasing habits have undergone after the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of the work is to highlight the shift of consumers to online shopping during the pandemic crisis and after it as well as to investigate the changes that consumers' habits have undergone after the pandemic. Through a sample of 120 people about their online shopping habits after the Covid pandemic, the extent to which their online shopping habits have changed after the COVID-19 pandemic is highlighted, but also the importance of the factors that significantly contribute to the changes of their online habits.In addition, this research will answer questions such as to what extent the online shopping habits of consumers have changed, as well as what are the factors influencing the Covid-19 pandemic.Businesses were urged to implement a strategy of urgent action on their e-commerce platforms in order to maintain their turnover and pursue a stable profit. Therefore businesses focused on increasing product demand/creating incentives, targeted product description, increasing competitive advantage, increasing communication/familiarity with the clientele and promoting products with smart strategies.
