Urban hotels have attributes that potential clients could choose from to create their references while selecting which hotel to stay. This study would identify what attributes are considered by consumers, as well as combinations of attributes that need to be analysed into the main preferences of consumers. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of attribute which becomes important to a consumer and group the consumers with similar preferences.
