Summary

Nations undoubtedly need more energy and raw materials to support growth and maintain an advantage in the world economy. The limited natural resources and vulnerabilities of these movements, combined with the unequal distribution of energy and resource consumption, will increase the likelihood of conflicts between importers, exporters and transit countries, especially in politically unstable areas. Competition for oil, gas, strategically important materials, water and arable land could create tension in various areas. Nations seek to maintain access to already limited resources in order to maintain national levels of development for both economic and security reasons. Business analysis and the decision-making process are major activities, as it is understood that the organizational process lacks meaning and significance without the corresponding "decision-making".This paper will present the operational analysis of an energy crisis through the study of the "become" history both for the process of analysis itself and for the reasons that lead to conflict - especially the energy ones - as well as for the decision-making methods. In addition, an attempt is made to record the models - theoretical models of the analysis and their correlation with those variables that are necessary for the qualitative and quantitative research with which results will be collected and then comparative statistical analysis, through mathematics, and not only, tools will be attempted to determine whether and to what extent they are verified or not, and to what extent, ultimately, they contribute to the decision-making process.
