Content SummaryThe paper endeavours to complement the emerging public entrepreneurship literature towards identifying which factors that stimulate corporate entrepreneurship are referred by civil servants that posses high score on a self-report entrepreneurial behaviour scale. In this cross sectional exploratory study, a questionnaire survey was completed by a random sample (N = 247) public servants across fifteen Greek prefectures. Results from Bayesian Factor analysis and Conjoint Analysis provide preliminary evidence about entrepreneurial civil servants’ preferences and make available a welldocumented framework in addressing corporate entrepreneurship in the public sector. Furthermore, the results of the study are useful both to academics and policy makers interested in formulating a strategy that fosters corporate entrepreneurship in the public sectoren
