Summary

Data analysis techniques have been tried in this research examining German consumer perceptions and attitudes with respect to the olive oil product. An outline of the International and German olive oil markets is presented. The consumers surveyed are all olive oil users and their oil and fat consumption trends and habits are retrieved through the applied research procedures.
