| Content Summary | Η παρούσα ερευνητική εργασία εξετάζει τον «ενδιάμεσο χώρο» σε περιβάλλοντα οργανωμένης δόμησης κατοικιών, που αποτελούν πρότυπο αστικής διαβίωσης ικανό να αναδιαμορφώσει τον σύγχρονο τρόπο κατοίκισης. Αρχικά, μέσω της ιστορικής εξέλιξης της οργανωμένης δόμησης κατοικιών αλλά και της αποσαφήνισης των όρων ιδιωτικό - ενδιάμεσο - δημόσιο , διερευνώνται οι σχέσεις μεταξύ τους και η δυναμική που διαθέτουν στην ενίσχυση της κοινωνικής συνοχής. Στην συνέχεια, μέσα από τη μελέτη ευρωπαϊκών παραδειγμάτων, ιδιαίτερα χρήσιμα για την επίλυση αναγκών των σύγχρονων πόλεων, εξετάζεται η ποιότητα του ενδιάμεσου χώρου ανάλογα την κλίμακα σχεδιασμού, αλλά και τον τύπο κατοίκισης κάθε μελέτης περίπτωσης (κοινωνική, συλλογική κτλ). Επίσης, μελετάται ο ρόλος του ενδιάμεσου χώρου στη σύνδεση της κοινότητας με την ευρύτερη γειτονιά καθώς και οι χωρικές πρακτικές που ενισχύουν την κοινωνική αλληλεπίδραση στους χώρους αυτούς. Τέλος, δίνεται έμφαση στον τρόπο με τον οποίο ο ενδιάμεσος χώρος στα πλαίσια της οργανωμένης δόμησης κατοικιών, μπορεί να τονώσει την κοινωνική αλληλεπίδραση, ανάλογα με την προσπελασιμότητα και την άμεση οπτική επαφή που προσφέρεται με τον δημόσιο χώρο. | el |
| Content Summary | This research examines the 'in-between space' in organized housing environments, which is a model of urban living capable of reshaping the contemporary way of living. Initially, through the historical evolution of organized housing construction and the clarification of the terms private - intermediate - public, the relationships between them and the dynamics they have in enhancing social cohesion are investigated. Then, the quality of the intermediate space is examined, through the study of European examples, particularly useful for solving the needs of contemporary cities, depending on the scale of planning and the type of occupation of each case study (social, collective, etc.). Also, the role of the intermediate space in linking the community with the wider region is also studied, as are the spatial practices that enhance social interaction in these spaces. Finally, emphasis is placed on how the intermediate space in the context of organized housing construction can stimulate social interaction, depending on the accessibility and direct visual contact offered by the public space. | en |
