| Content Summary | Η παρούσα εργασία επικεντρώνεται στη μελέτη και διερεύνηση της χρήσης της μακέτας στην αρχιτεκτονική, με στόχο την κατανόησή της ως θεμελιώδες σχεδιαστικό εργαλείο. Εξετάζεται η ιστορική της πορεία, ξεκινώντας από την αρχαιότητα, όπου τα αρχιτεκτονικά προπλάσματα σε μικρότερη κλίμακα χρησιμοποιούνταν για τη σύλληψη και την αναπαράσταση κατασκευών.Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, επιχειρείται μια συγκριτική προσέγγιση ανάμεσα στη φυσική μακέτα και τις σύγχρονες μεθόδους τρισδιάστατης ψηφιακής μοντελοποίησης , με σκοπό την κατανόηση των πλεονεκτημάτων και των περιορισμών κάθε τεχνικής. Τέλος, παρουσιάζονται ποικίλες τεχνικές κατασκευής μακετών, αλλά και διαφορετικές ερμηνείες επεξεργασίας της καθώς και επιλεγμένα παραδείγματα από την ιστορία και τη σύγχρονη αρχιτεκτονική πρακτική, αναδεικνύοντας τη μακέτα ως εργαλείο σκέψης, πειραματισμού και δημιουργικής διερεύνησης. | el |
| Content Summary | This paper focuses on the study and investigation of the use of the architectural model, aiming to understand it as a fundamental design tool. Its historical evolution is examined, beginning in antiquity, where architectural maquettes at a smaller scale were used for the conception and representation of structures. Within this context, a comparative approach is attempted between the physical model and modern methods of three-dimensional digital modeling, with the aim of understanding the advantages and limitations of each technique. Finally, various model-making techniques are presented, along with different interpretations of their use and processing, as well as selected examples from architectural history and contemporary architectural practice, highlighting the model as a tool for thinking, experimentation, and creative exploration. | en |
