| Content Summary | Η παρούσα ερευνητική εργασία εξετάζει τη σχέση μεταξύ αρχιτεκτονικής και διαλογισμού, εστιάζοντας στον τρόπο με τον οποίο τα χωρικά χαρακτηριστικά επηρεάζουν τη νοητική και αισθητηριακή εμπειρία του διαλογιζόμενου. Μελετώνται τόσο οι θεωρητικές βάσεις και μορφές του διαλογισμού σε διάφορες θρησκευτικές και πολιτισμικές παραδόσεις, όσο και τα ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά του χώρου που ενισχύουν την πρακτική του, όπως το φως, ο ήχος, η υφή, το χρώμα και η δομή. Η εργασία αξιοποιεί βιβλιογραφικές και διαδικτυακές πηγές για να αναδείξει την επίδραση του αρχιτεκτονικού σχεδιασμού στην ψυχολογική κατάσταση του χρήστη, δίνοντας έμφαση στη δημιουργία περιβάλλοντος που ευνοεί τη συγκέντρωση, την ηρεμία και την ενσυνειδητότητα. Επιχειρείται μια διεπιστημονική προσέγγιση που συνδυάζει στοιχεία από την αρχιτεκτονική, την ψυχολογία, τη φιλοσοφία και τις νευροεπιστήμες. Το τελικό συμπέρασμα είναι ότι ο αρχιτέκτονας καλείται να ενσωματώσει εργαλεία σχεδιασμού που δεν υπηρετούν μόνο την αισθητική, αλλά και την ψυχική υγεία και ευεξία του ατόμου, προσφέροντας χωρικές εμπειρίες οι οποίες υποστηρίζουν ουσιαστικά τη διαλογιστική διαδικασία. | el |
| Content Summary | This research paper examines the relationship between architecture and meditation, focusing on the way in which spatial characteristics influence the mental and sensory experience of the meditator. It studies both the theoretical foundations and forms of meditation in various religious and cultural traditions, as well as the qualitative characteristics of space that enhance its practice, such as light, sound, texture, color and structure. The paper uses bibliographic and online sources to highlight the impact of architectural design on the psychological state of the user, emphasizing the creation of an environment that favors concentration, calm and mindfulness. An interdisciplinary approach is attempted that combines elements from architecture, psychology, philosophy and neuroscience. The final conclusion is that the architect is called upon to incorporate design tools that serve not only aesthetics, but also the mental health and well-being of the individual, offering spatial experiences that essentially support the meditative process. | en |
