This thesis focuses on the development of a Safety and Health Plan (SHP) and the assessment of occupational risk in production lines. Its purpose is to analyze the procedures and practices required to ensure the health and safety of workers in industrial environments.Initially, the fundamental principles and legal obligations related to the creation and implementation of the SHP are presented, along with the roles of the involved parties. Subsequently, the practices followed by the production line manager to ensure the necessary safety and health measures are examined. Special emphasis is placed on identifying the risks that arise from the various phases of the production process, as well as on devising strategies for their prevention and mitigation. The thesis includes a detailed methodology for assessing occupational risk, employing modern techniques and evaluation tools for specific tasks within the production process. The study's results highlight the necessity of properly developing and implementing the SHP, which, when combined with a systematic assessment of occupational risks, can significantly improve working conditions on production lines. Furthermore, the importance of continuous training and raising awareness among workers on health and safety matters is emphasized.
