| Content Summary | Ο βασικός σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας έγκειται στην παρουσίαση της κατάστασης που διαμορφώθηκε στην Ελλάδα, σε επίπεδο ανταγωνιστικότητας επιχειρηματικότητας αλλά και οικονομικής ανάπτυξης ως προς τις ΜμΕ, κατά το χρονικό διάστημα 2003-2023. Ο βασικός λόγος για τον οποίο επιλέχθηκε το συγκεκριμένο θέμα της διπλωματικής εργασίας, είναι επειδή μέσα από την ανάλυση τριών βασικών παραμέτρων, δηλαδή της ανταγωνιστικότητας, της επιχειρηματικότητας και της ανάπτυξης, μπορεί να εκτιμηθεί πως διαμορφώθηκε η κατάσταση για τις ΜμΕ στην Ελλάδα από το 2003 και έπειτα, αλλά πολύ περισσότερο, πως αναμένεται να διαμορφωθεί η θέση τους μελλοντικά. Επίσης, η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία, στο πλαίσιο πραγματοποίησης μιας εμπεριστατωμένης προσέγγισης, περιέχει τεκμηριωμένη καταγραφή του αριθμού, των κλάδων, της σημασίας των ΜμΕ για την οικονομία, των δυνατοτήτων τους σε όρους εξαγωγών, απασχόλησης, καινοτομίας, κλπ. και των απαραίτητων προϋποθέσεων για την εκπλήρωσή τους, ιδιαίτερα στο μεταβαλλόμενο περιβάλλον της κρίσης. Κεντρικός στόχος είναι να αποδοθεί όσο το δυνατόν αναλυτικότερα ο χώρος των μικρών και μεσαίων επιχειρήσεων και η εξέλιξή του από το 2003 έως και σήμερα. Γενικότερα, η περίοδος που εξετάζεται έχει επιφέρει πολύ σημαντικές μεταβολές στον επιχειρηματικό χάρτη της Ελλάδος και κρίνεται αναγκαίος ο εντοπισμός των δυναμικών που διαμορφώνονται για τα επόμενα χρόνια, καθώς και η σκιαγράφηση των εμποδίων και ο προσδιορισμός των πεδίων με σημαντικές αναπτυξιακές προοπτικές. Θα αναζητηθούν στοιχεία που βρίσκονται στη δημόσια σφαίρα αναδεικνύοντας την ανάγκη βελτίωσης των ΜμΕ στην Ελλάδα. Η υλοποίηση της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας βασίζεται στη χρήση πηγών με αμιγώς βιβλιογραφικό χαρακτήρα μιας και η μελέτη της κατάστασης στην οποία βρίσκονται σήμερα οι ΜμΕ στην Ελλάδα, αλλά και του πως διαμορφώθηκε το επίπεδό τους διαχρονικά κατά τη διάρκεια των δυο προηγούμενων δεκαετιών, στηρίζεται στη χρήση δευτερογενών πηγών (μελετών και ερευνών), που έχουν διεξαχθεί. Επί συνόλου, η διπλωματική εργασία υλοποιείται σε συνολικά πέντε κεφάλαια, με το πρώτο εξ αυτών να αποτελεί την εισαγωγή, ενώ το δεύτερο να αναφέρεται στην ανάλυση, σε ευρύ επίπεδο των ΜμΕ, παραθέτοντας στοιχεία σχετικά με τα κατηγορίες των ΜμΕ, τους κλάδους όπου δραστηριοποιούνται, το ρόλο τους, κλπ. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται δεδομένα που αφορούν στο πως συμβάλλουν και λειτουργούν σήμερα αλλά και διαχρονικά οι ΜμΕ στην Ελλάδα, ενώ το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στο πολύ σημαντικό ζήτημα της χρηματοδότησης των ΜμΕ, όπως αυτή εξασφαλίζεται είτε σε επίπεδο Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, είτε σε επίπεδο Ελλάδος. Η διπλωματική εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με το πέμπτο κεφάλαιο, στο οποίο και παρουσιάζονται τα σημαντικότερα συμπεράσματα που εξάγονται από το σύνολο της μελέτης, πραγματοποιώντας παράλληλα και μια συζήτηση με επίκεντρο τη χρηματοδότηση, την καινοτομία, αλλά και την εξωστρέφεια των ΜμΕ. | el |
| Content Summary | The main purpose of this thesis is to present the situation that has developed in Greece, in terms of competitiveness, entrepreneurship and economic development in relation to SMEs, during the period 2003-2023. The main reason why this specific topic of the thesis was chosen is because through the analysis of three basic parameters, namely competitiveness, entrepreneurship and development, it can be assessed how the situation for SMEs in Greece has developed since 2003, but much more, how their position is expected to develop in the future, as detailed in the fifth chapter of the thesis. Also, the degree of importance of this thesis is high in the context of carrying out a thorough approach based on the needs and priorities of the businesses themselves and a documented record of the number, sectors, importance of SMEs for the economy, their potential in terms of exports, employment, innovation, etc. and the necessary conditions for their fulfillment, especially in the changing environment of the crisis. The main objective is to provide as detailed a description as possible of the small and medium-sized enterprise sector and its evolution from 2003 to the present day. More generally, the period under review has brought about very significant changes in the business map of Greece and it is considered necessary to identify the dynamics that are shaping up for the coming years, as well as to outline the obstacles and identify the areas with significant development prospects. Data that is in the public domain will be sought, highlighting the need to improve SMEs in Greece. The implementation of this thesis is based on the use of sources of a purely bibliographical nature, since the study of the current situation of SMEs in Greece, as well as how their level has developed over time over the past two decades, is based on the use of secondary sources (studies and research) that have been conducted. In total, the thesis is implemented in a total of five chapters, with the first of these being the introduction, while the second refers to the analysis, at a broad level of SMEs, providing data on the categories of SMEs, the sectors in which they operate, their role, etc. The third chapter presents data relating to how SMEs contribute and operate today and over time in Greece, while the fourth chapter refers to the very important issue of financing SMEs, as it is ensured either at the European Union level or at the Greek level. The thesis concludes with the fifth chapter, which presents the most important conclusions drawn from the entire study, while also conducting a discussion focusing on financing, innovation, and the extroversion of SMEs. | en |
