| Content Summary | Η ενσωμάτωση των αρχών του ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) στη στρατηγική των επιχειρήσεων αποτελεί κρίσιμη πρόκληση και ευκαιρία για τις σύγχρονες εταιρείες. Η συγκεκριμένη διπλωματική εργασία εξετάζει πώς οι επιχειρήσεις υιοθετούν και εφαρμόζουν τις αρχές της βιωσιμότητας, της κοινωνικής ευθύνης και της εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης στις στρατηγικές τους αποφάσεις. Ξεκινώντας με μια ανάλυση της ιστορικής εξέλιξης του ESG, θα παρουσιαστεί ο ρόλος του στις επιχειρηματικές πρακτικές και η σταδιακή του ενσωμάτωση, ειδικά υπό το πρίσμα των αυξανόμενων πιέσεων από ρυθμιστικούς φορείς, επενδυτές και καταναλωτές. Επικεντρώνεται σε παραδείγματα από διάφορους κλάδους, όπως ο τραπεζικός, η ενέργεια και η τεχνολογία, όπου ο ESG έχει σημαντικό αντίκτυπο. Θα μελετηθούν επιτυχημένες πρακτικές εταιρειών που ενσωμάτωσαν το ESG αναδεικνύοντας τα οφέλη τους, όπως βελτιωμένη φήμη, πρόσβαση σε χρηματοδότηση και μείωση κινδύνων. Παράλληλα, θα διερευνηθούν οι προκλήσεις που αντιμετωπίζουν οι επιχειρήσεις, όπως το κόστος εφαρμογής και η πολυπλοκότητα των μετρήσεων. Η έρευνα καταλήγει, ότι η ενσωμάτωση του ESG δεν είναι απλώς μία τάση αλλά ουσιαστικός παράγοντας για τη βιωσιμότητα και την ανταγωνιστικότητα των επιχειρήσεων στον 21ο αιώνα. | el |
