The purpose of this thesis is to measure customer satisfaction at Syngenta Hellas. The MUSA (Multicriteria Satisfaction Analysis) method was used to assess customer satisfaction. The first stage of the research involved designing a questionnaire, which was developed in electronic form and sent via email to the company’s business customers. In the second stage, the collected data were analyzed using the MUSA method, generating diagrams that can help the company identify its strengths and weaknesses regarding customer satisfaction. These insights can also guide the company on where to focus its efforts to improve its services. Finally, an analysis of customer-business loyalty was conducted through clustering, utilizing the k-means algorithm. Overall, the results indicate a high level of customer satisfaction, with some room for improvement, and highlight certain customers that the company should pay closer attention to.
