The subject of this thesis is the budget monitoring process (CAPEX) of the capital investment, by a large investment-construction company (CH.KANELLAKIS S.A.) in collaboration with TERNA S.A. The importance of this work is based on the basic rule of economics that requires the placement of funds to bring a profit to the investors, equal to or greater than expected according to the business plan. Achieving the above goal will ensure the development and profitability of the cooperating companies, contributing to the effort made so that the project to be built is competitive in the particular market of the Southern Suburbs (Glyfada) and at the same time act as an advertisement both for the companies themselves and for the wider region.
