This thesis focuses on the revitalization of the abandoned village of Mouris Sfakion, with the central aim of creating a modern winery and restoring the central Fountza neighborhood. The proposal draws inspiration from the village's historical tradition in viticulture, seeking to re-establish the main productive activity of the area. The project includes the development of housing, which is integrated into the existing structures and follows the traces of the past, providing accommodation for workers and visitors related to the winery's activities and the dry stone walling workshops. The proposal aims to restore the village while preserving local architecture and traditional practices, while simultaneously promoting sustainable development in the area through wine tourism and the conservation of cultural heritage.
